Terms of Service
Last updated August 9, 2026
TableTalk is a conversation card game available on the web and iOS. By using it you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose - read them.
The service
TableTalk provides themed decks of question cards you flip through and ask out loud. Some decks are free; others require a free account. We may add, change, or retire decks and features over time.
TableTalk is currently in an early-access (alpha) phase: things may change, break, or be reset while we build. We will be careful with your data, but during alpha you should not treat the service as permanent storage of anything important.
Your account
You need a valid email address to create an account, and you are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. We may suspend or remove accounts that abuse the service (for example, automated signups, attempts to scrape content, or interfering with other users).
With an account we send essential emails (such as password resets) and occasional marketing emails about new decks and features. Marketing email always includes an unsubscribe link; details are in the Privacy Policy.
Purchases and refunds
Some decks are one-time purchases, individually or as an all-access bundle. Purchases unlock immediately on your account and work across web and iOS.
Because digital decks are delivered instantly, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, except where a refund is required by applicable law. Purchases made through the App Store are billed by Apple and follow Apple's refund process, which we do not control. If a purchase is refunded, the matching deck access is removed from your account.
Your purchase history is listed in Settings.
Our content
The question prompts, deck designs, and everything else that makes up TableTalk are original content owned by us. You are welcome to read the cards out loud anywhere conversations happen - that is the whole point - but you may not copy, republish, resell, or redistribute the decks or substantial portions of the card content.
No warranty
TableTalk is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Some questions get personal - you and your table decide what to ask and answer, and you use your own judgment about the conversations you have.
Termination
You can stop using TableTalk at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or terminate the service or your access to it for abuse of these terms, with notice where practical.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. The date at the top reflects the latest version, and continued use after a change means the updated terms apply.
